Cast iron rolls weighing from 40 kg to 17 tons, diameter from 230 mm to 1600 mm can be produced with hardness from 40 HSD to 76 HSD, with varying degrees of alloying material and using both spherical and lamellar graphite, with a two-layer performance. The warranty period is 24 months.
All rolls supplied by us undergo heat treatment (artificial aging) and therefore do not require many months of “reclining” in warehouses. The customer may proceed to operation the rolls are supplied from TD, Basalt immediately upon receipt.
